Vivian Hsu-Sinclair graduated with a Bachelor of Business in International Hotel Management. During her studies, she sought to challenge her introverted nature by engaging in the dynamic field of hospitality, working part-time at Hilton throughout her three-year full-time program. She quickly excelled in her career, becoming a manager at the impressive age of 23 and participating in the pre-opening of hotels and restaurants.
Vivian's professional journey in the hotel industry spanned from the age of 19 to 25, involving roles in hotel operations and business development. During the COVID-19 pandemic, seeking a change from the intensive demands of hospitality, she accepted an administrative position offered at Maison Chen Law. This role piqued her interest in administrative tasks, aligning with her own experience as a migrant, which subsequently deepened her commitment to learning more about migration and management.
Vivian is an avid dog lover, owning two rescue dogs and passionately volunteering at the animal shelter on her days off. Her dedication to animal welfare is a significant part of her life outside of work.
Vivian is motivated by the opportunity to positively impact others' lives through her roles. She values kindness and compassion, which she believes are essential in creating a workplace where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. Driven by the belief that small acts of kindness can generate substantial positive change, Vivian strives to enrich lives and cultivate a supportive and healthy environment.
