Krishneel’s journey into law was inspired not just by a fascination with the legal system, but by a strong desire to advocate for those navigating its complexities, particularly in the field of immigration. He pursued a Bachelor of Laws (Combined Studies) at Western Sydney University, driven by a personal connection and a fondness for legal shows such as The Practice and Boston Legal. After completing his degree, he went on to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Australian National University, fulfilling the requirements for admission as a Legal Practitioner.
In 2024, Krishneel reached a significant milestone by commencing the Specialist Accreditation in Immigration Law program through the Law Society of New South Wales. This step is not just another qualification for him—it symbolises his decade-long journey from a law student to a leader in the field of immigration law, where he continues to shape outcomes and contribute to the broader legal landscape in Australia.
Krishneel’s specialisation lies in corporate immigration, but his experience extends across various visa types, including family, character, and health matters. His role has evolved to include managing large budgets and spear heading strategic initiatives aimed at modernising immigration services through new technologies. Whether assisting multinational corporations with workforce expansion or guiding individuals through complex visa processes, Krishneel’s approach prioritises a deeply personal and responsive service. His career has been defined by process improvements, reduced processing times, and a high-performance team culture centred on client care.
Krishneel is a self-proclaimed "early adopter" with a keen interest intechnology and innovations, particularly those involving AI. He is also an avid watch enthusiast, appreciating the craftsmanship and precision involved. In his spare time, Krishneel enjoys video games for their creativity and challenging nature, which help him unwind. Although apartment rules prevent him from owning a dog, he shares a love for them and enjoys following dog content on social media and spending time with his aunt's Samoyed, Oscar.
