Jerico David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 2012, fuelled by a fascination with technology and software development. A notable achievement during his academic tenure was representing his country and winning a bronze medal at the CISCO Networking Challenge in 2011. This experience reinforced his approach to always delve into the underlying logic of technology. Jerico's professional journey began at NCO Group in 2011 as a Subject Matter Expert, where he served for nearly two years. He then moved to STARTEK Philippines, engaging in Workforce Management for four years before transitioning to Learning Development Officer, a role he held for three years. His leadership skills flourished at TOA Global, where he served as Leadership Development Manager and Head of Learning and Development.
In 2020, Jerico took on the role of Head of Professional Development and Evaluation at Ab² Institute of Accounting, enhancing educational strategies for professional growth. He then joined Origo BPO, where he excelled as Client Success Manager and Account Manager, focusing on client relations and business development.
Jerico's career has been marked by a dedication to fostering team development and client success, adapting to the evolving landscape of remote work and its challenges. He is now thriving as the Operations Manager at his current firm, where he leverages his extensive background in client relations, team development, and strategic planning to drive efficiency and growth.
Jerico enjoys driving as a hobby, finding pleasure in exploring scenic routes and experiencing the freedom of the open road. This activity provides him with relaxation and a break from his professional responsibilities.
