Anh Tran's educational journey began with a Bachelor of Business, focusing on advertising and business management. However, feeling too young for the management field upon graduation, she pursued a law degree. Anh completed her Juris Doctor, majoring in immigration and family law, followed by a Master's degree concentrated on copyright and intellectual property. Eager to become an all-rounder lawyer, she also worked as a paralegal at a taxation law firm while completing her Master's, embracing the opportunity to start from the bottom and truly understand the legal field.
Anh's career has taken her from general practices to migration specialist firms. Starting as a paralegal at a taxation firm, she progressed to a migration firm, then a general practice. Subsequently, she co-founded a law firm, dedicating four years to its growth. After establishing the firm, Anh was offered a chance to set up the legal division at a large migration firm. Her career continually draws her back to migration law, a field she is passionate about, partly due to her own experiences as a migrant in her youth and her desire to assist those in similar situations.
Anh is passionate about art, photography, and event planning. She once ran a weekend business focused on event planning and dessert tables, which she greatly enjoyed. Although she had to put this passion on hold due to COVID and the demands of motherhood, she hopes to return to it later in life.
Drawing from her migrant background, Anh is deeply motivated by the impact a new start in a new country can have on an individual's life. She finds joy in making these dreams a reality for her clients and sees great fulfillment in reuniting families and helping them start anew in Australia. Beyond migration law, she relishes assisting clients with purchasing their first homes, sharing in their excitement and joy. Anh's work is driven by the satisfaction and gratitude of those she helps, making her legal practice a profoundly rewarding endeavor.
